Who We Are

www.unionjackclassic.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Union Jack Classic (“we”, “our” or “us”). We can be contacted at: [email protected] (Union Jack Classic, 1800 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 350, Houston, Texas, 77056).

We are bringing American College Football to Wembley Stadium, London and link to Ticketmaster to sell tickets.

Purpose

The purpose of this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of our Site (“you” or “your”) of the following:

  2. Use of collected personal data;
  3. Who has access to the personal data collected;
  4. The rights of Site users; and
  5. The Site’s cookie policy.

This Privacy Policy applies in addition to the terms and conditions of our Site.

GDPR
If you are located in the European Union, we adhere to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (the “EU GDPR”). Personal Data We Collect
We only collect personal data relating to you that helps us achieve the purpose(s) set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not collect any additional personal data beyond the data listed below without notifying you first.

When you visit and use our Site, we may automatically collect and store the following data that relates to you and your use of our Site collected via use of technology such as cookies:

We also use personal data as necessary to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights and where required by the courts, regulators or law enforcement. We do this on the basis that such use is in our and society’s legitimate interests or necessary for a legal obligation we are subject to.

Who We Share Personal Data With

Employees
We may disclose your personal data to any member of our organisation who reasonably needs access to your personal data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Other Disclosures
We will not share your personal data with any third party, except in the following cases:

  2. If it is required for any legal proceeding;
  3. To prove or protect our legal rights;
  4. To buyers or potential buyers, or investors, and our and their advisors in the event that we seek to sell the company, our assets, or undergo any other corporate re-structuring or similar activity;

An example of this would be where we calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Site feature. We are based in the USA and your personal data is stored in the USA.  For our users in the EU and UK, where your personal data is shared with, or transferred to, a third party based outside the UK or the EEA, we will ensure that your personal data is afforded an equivalent level of protection as within these jurisdictions. For example, unless an exemption applies, we will only transfer personal data to third parties located in countries which are subject to an UK or EU adequacy decision or to third parties which are certified under a framework which has been approved by the UK and EU as providing adequate data protection. Alternatively,   we will put in place contractual clauses which have been approved by the UK data protection regulator and/or EU Commission as providing appropriate safeguards for transferring personal data. How Long We Store Personal Data

Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary for the purpose for which such personal data was collected. We generally implement a retention period of 12 months, but we may retain your personal data for longer than that where we consider it necessary – for example, in the event of a dispute or if we are required to do so by law. Note that if you subscribe to receive our newsletter you will stay on our subscription list until you unsubscribe from it.  

Your Rights as a User

Children
We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age.
