INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions (the/these “Terms “) govern the use of www.unionjackclassic.com (the/our “Site“).
The Site is owned and operated by Union Jack Classic, LLC with registered address at 1800 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 350, Houston, Texas, 77056, USA (“Union Jack Classic”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Our contact details are set out at the bottom of these Terms.
By visiting/accessing/using the Site, you indicate and confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and agree to abide by them at all times.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
THE SITE’S FUNCTIONS; AND OTHER TERMS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU
The primary purpose and function of the Site is to provide information about an American College Football game (the “Game”) scheduled to take place in autumn 2026 at Wembley Stadium (the “Venue”), the teams due to play in the Game, and other information related to the Game.
Please note that tickets to the Game are not sold by Union Jack Classic, whether via the Site or otherwise. The Site offers links to the Ticketmaster platform, via which tickets to the Game will be available once released for sale. If you purchase tickets to the Game and/or attend the Venue in any capacity relating to the Game, the terms and conditions of Ticketmaster and/or the Venue (as applicable) will apply to you. Please check these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets and/or attending the Venue in connection with the Game. We have no knowledge of, or responsibility for, these terms and conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt: Union Jack Classic is not responsible for ticket sales or for any other matters relating to the Game or the Venue.
WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with applicable law or regulation and/or to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and/or the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
If any changes we make are material/significant, we will notify users reasonably in advance of these changes coming into effect, [either by email (if you have provided this to us) or] by posting a notice on the Site. If we make non-material/significant changes, these will become effective immediately on posting to this page.

WE MAY SUSPEND, CHANGE, OR WITHDRAW OUR SITE
Our Site is made available free of charge.
We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.

- not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt (a) any part of the Site; (b) any equipment or network on which the Site is stored; (c) any software used in the provision of the Site; or (d) any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and any and all of the content published and/or made available on/via the Site are the property of Union Jack Classic, the Site’s creators, and/or third party licensors. References to the Site’s content includes, but is not limited to, all images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. These intellectual property rights and materials are protected by copyright and other laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject always to the paragraph above:
- Union Jack Classic will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise arising in connection with your use/attendance of, or inability to use, the Site and/or any of the services or functions available via the Site; and
- the Site is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties of any kind, and we make no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the availability or operation of the Site.
As noted above in these Terms, Union Jack Classic is not responsible for ticket sales or for any other matters relating to the Game or the Venue.
Please note that we only provide our Site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
If defective digital content that we have supplied via the Site damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place minimum system requirements.
YOUR OBLIGATION TO COMPENSATE US
You agree to compensate Union Jack Classic and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms.
ENDING YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THESE TERMS
We may end your rights under these Terms if you have materially breached any of these terms or if we believe (acting reasonably) that your use of the Site is unsuitable. If we end your rights under these Terms, you must immediately stop all activities authorised by these Terms, including your access to the Site.
DO NOT RELY ON INFORMATION ON THE SITE
The content on our Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our Site.

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
